（In 2018）- Strive for professionalism
- Currently, I mainly build and calibrate automatic tying machines.
In order to master the entire build process, my inexperience means I need to take a lot of care, but by concentrating until the end I can pay close attention to my work and avoid mistaking parts or forgetting screws. Not content with the way I currently work, every day I am aware of room for improvement and think about how I can build products more precisely or quickly.
In order to satisfy customers and offer products perfectly free from safety and operational issues, I’ll keep striving to be an expert in my work.
- The pleasure of building
- The assembly plant which I work at stores many different parts. Each one of these parts is the product of the painstaking efforts of many people. With this effort in mind, we handle each part with great care when building our products. The job is by no means easy, but I would say the feeling of elation and achievement when a product you helped is finished is the pleasure of building things.
- Work environment with peace of mind
- Our workplace is fully air conditioned and well maintained, and very easy to work in I think. We don’t work on an assembly line, but build each machine specification one-by-one, so while some skill is needed the work never gets boring. Great awareness is placed on making a safe workplace, and health is also managed thoroughly. Our work balances moderate physical activity with good nutrition from the excellent cafeteria.

- Our product business activity is centered around Asia.
Prices in Asia are extremely competitive, however we make use of made-in-Japan quality and a high level of productivity to form our retail strategy.
In order to create products which fulfill our customers’ needs, countless meetings are held with the development department.
In addition, we of course provide product support after delivery through regular visits to customers, as well as send invitations to our company-hosted technology workshops. Ensuring stable operation of our products and maintaining customer trust is very important.
- I want our products to be known around the world!
- With many overseas regions still unaware of our products, our marketing development has only just begun. I want our products to be known around the world and hear customers say with pleasure,
“We’ve been looking for a machine like this!”
I would also like to challenge myself by accepting important tasks. I might fail sometimes, but an attitude to take on challenges helps me to work hard.
- Importance of work-life balance
- There are many overseas business trips, but holidays are guaranteed, and I refresh by spending time with family and friends. By working properly and resting properly I can lead a fulfilling lifestyle. I think there is very good work-life balance at this company.

Development Department
（In 2015）- In touch with the latest information
- I am responsible for the design of products ordered by our customers.
At our company, aside from basic parts, specifications are tailored to the customer’s needs, so it’s necessary to be able to adjust designs. Also, in addition to existing products there are special one-off products which at times are designed from scratch. To say that development occurs at the same time as design is not an exaggeration. The delivery time is fixed, so blueprints must be finished early or there’ll be repercussions further down the chain. To be able to alter blueprints in a limited amount of time I think it is important to always be expanding one’s knowledge and gaining experience. My ears are always pricked for new information to take in, as I strive each day to implement products which will gain our customer’s satisfaction.
- Myself in the future
- Failure is something which comes hand in hand with work, and when it starts to add up it’s impossible not to feel down. There are times when you clash with hard problems. Even then, by working together with senior employees and teammates and finishing a product which meets the customer’s satisfaction, there are times when you get filled with emotions as you realize, “I’ve progressed a bit further!” I hope our new employees can experience the same feelings.
- Teamwork
- I have a long way to go, but whenever I’m stuck there are many seniors who will kindly discuss things with me. With no barriers between junior and senior staff, working in an atmosphere where you can freely speak your ideas and create products with everyone is a great feeling.
