    Improved top-arranger slide
Cardboard boxes for items like spring onions and burdock which are wide but narrow in the feed direction previously tended to bend during transport.
By reviewing and modifying the configuration of the previous triple-point press to a 5-point non-crush roller press, as well as improving the cushioned top-arranger conveyor belt, bend-free and even smoother transport is now possible (Dimension B: 300 mm or longer recommended).
Compatible machines: YTC-H/D/ED/E models (incompatible with YTC-H2)

Features

  • Replacement of previous plastic rollers with bendable-ribbed non-crush rollers allows corrugated cardboard to be gently transported without flute crushing.

  • Left-right/forward-rear roller layout allows for even pressure along top of cardboard, preventing crumpling or bending.

  • Height can be adjusted according to sheet thickness.

  • Increased grip between non-crush rollers and drive rollers reduces time loss during transport from Feed C.C. to tying device even with large cardboard.

  • Possible to modify existing top-arranger.
